Safety driving is the top priority of the truck career for the daily inspection items of the semi-trailer maintenance before driving. In order to nip in the bud, the trailer shall be subject to routine inspection every week or before each transportation. The more complete the inspection items, the better. The Xiaobian will only guide you in the following eight major aspects. I hope card users will have more supplement and understanding on the inspection before driving.
1. The first step is to look at the tire first: visually check whether there is lack of air and sundries attached, and then check whether the steel ring has deformation, cracks and other phenomena.
2. Then check the tightness of the tire screws: don't bother with this detail. You should check whether each screw is fastened one by one. It's a small matter to lose a screw on the way. Money can solve the problem of losing a tire, but it's too late to regret the accident. To paraphrase, "there is nothing trivial about tires". I hope you will remember.
3. Just look at the suspension system: look at the tightness of all nuts, bolts and U-bolts, which is related to whether the tire is eaten.
4. Shake the outrigger to ensure it is normal: when checking the outrigger, you must shake it up and down for a few times, and then see if there is any crack at the welding joint, especially for the current riders who are running, swinging and hitching, you must pay attention to this problem.
5. Touch the wear of the moving parts: touch the small parts such as the hinge of the container plate, the hook, the plug-in pile, the container lock, and see if there is any crack and fracture.
6. Check all lamps and anti cursor pastes: check the electrical circuit to see if there is any abnormality. Get on the car and turn on the lights to see if there is any broken lights. There is no lack of reflective signs. It is believed that some kayou have been punished for the lack of reflective signs on the road.
7. Cab dashboard: after starting the car, check whether the barometer is enough, and then try the brake with one foot.
8. Listen to the brake for air leakage: get out of the car and listen to the sound of air leakage to test whether the brake works well.
